UPDATE
This month’s dog has been changed to a sweet girl named Noble. Here’s a little bit about her:
“Hi, I’m “Noble” the BBTC Barking with Bartram pup of the month! Boy, was the Bartram person impressed with my hiking ability, woof! She kept saying I need someone who has puppy experience since I’m only about 6 months old and she kept talking about how soft and supple my fur is – and how I’m a polydactyl dew-boy, what’er that means!
She and I were hanging out before our hike behind the shelter and I toed her, I can’t stand telephones. Dumb phones! When the shelter phone rang, I protested, with my watchdog bark! I told her I could chew up her phone, too, if she’d let me!
So, I’m a luddite hikin’ man. Perfect for the Bartram Folks. I’m prolly gonna be about 80 lbs. They had me neutered so I don’t contribute, overly! Basically, I am wonderful if the Bartram folks are to be believed and they can’t keep their paws off my soft and floppy ears!”
If you’d like to meet her and walk with our lovely featured dog of the month, then meet us at Tassee Shelter along the Franklin Greenway at 11am. Bring a lunch and be ready to hike along the greenway until about 1pm.
For this hike, please don’t bring other pets so that we can spend more time with Nova and hopefully find her a permanent home.
Please RSVP if you’d like to come, hope to see you there!
