For this month's "Walking with Bartram" we will be hiking Jones Gap to Hickory Knoll Road, a distance of 10 miles. The hike follows the spine of the Fishhawk Mountain Range, with incredible views, and a long descent at the end. We will meet at 8:30 AM at Hickory Knoll Road and shuttle to Jones […]

This month we'll be working from Osage Overlook to Hale Ridge Road. 9-3 PM. Bring lunch, water, gloves, any meds you might need, and esprit de corps. Weather make-up day: Sunday, December 12th.
This month is a different kind of trail experience. We'll be "hiking" part of the Bartram Trail that is a road walk, but on to the new proposed route through downtown Franklin. We'll walk to the Franklin Greenway via the County Recreation Park and end up at Lazy Hiker Brewing. 7 miles.
