For a few years, Alarka Expeditions has been helping with the Honoring the Long Man Clean Up on the Oconaluftee River with the EBCI.
This is an invitation to you, to join the Alarka/Bartram group on Friday, September 6th.
If you are interested, let Angela know that you want to be in our group and she will take care of the registration. We need to know soon though! The advantage to registering with us is that we register as a group and attend proceedings but have breakfast ahead of time so that the meal is reserved for EBCI members.

Logistics:
We’ll meet me at
Cardinal Coffee at 7AM and we’ll caravan or carpool over to Cherokee where proceedings begin at 8AM – it’s over at lunch-time’ish.
If you get back to us soon enough, we can coordinate with the elders and they can plan for us according to what we are capable of. It could be light or heavy duty. We’ll just show up to see what’s needed. It’s a big to-doo and we love any opportunity to collaborate with our friends in Cherokee.
