Come out to the Macon County Library on Tuesday, March 19th to get the first glimpse at Brent Martin’s new book: “A Hiker’s Guide to the Bartram National Recreation Trail in Georgia and North Carolina”.
This is a complete trail guide to the 112 mile long Bartram Trail and includes 30 maps and some of William Bartram’s watercolor illustrations. Brent captures the essence of the Bartram Trail through a cultural and natural history lens, while also providing detailed information on the twists and turns of the trail, all in a book that is light and convenient enough to carry in your backpack.
We hope you can make it to this event to share your enthusiasm for the Bartram Trail and the wild places of North Georgia and Western North Carolina. The event begins at 6:30pm on March 19th at the Macon County Library in Franklin, NC. Check out the links below for more information!
